In our policy of continuous improvement, our main object is that you enjoy a UNIQUE STAY without worries, that you really feel cared for.  For this reason, we have included in our Safety, Health & Welfare Protocol, a set of actions and measures, supervised by safety and healthcare professionals, including:

    • Book with total confidence. You can cancel or modify your stay up to 72 h. in advance, paying your reservation upon arrival.
  • Tourism Quality Certificate with “Safe Tourism Certified” sealsafe
    • Nowadays, Hotel Los Monteros is the only 5* Grand Luxury Hotel in Andalusia with the “Q” for Touristic Quality granted by the ICTE (Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality) after demanding annual audits. This Quality Certification includes the Safe Tourism Certified seal.
  • Guaranteed Cleaning and Disinfection
    • Now more than ever, cleanliness is a key element in ensuring your safety. Consequently, we have adapted our cleaning and disinfection protocols to current needs.
    • Every day, the frequency cleaning of common and recreation areas has been increased. In addition, all non-essential decorative elements located in rooms and common areas have been removed.
    • Automatic hydroalcoholic gel dispensers have been installed in all facilities for customer use.
    • In our daily room cleaning protocol, there will be special emphasis on cleaning and disinfecting contact surfaces as well as air circulation for at least 10 minutes.
    • Proven technology and cleaning products will be used on all surfaces, objects and decorative elements. Linen shall be washed at high temperature according to clinically tested protocols.
    • Our cleaning standards include the daily disinfection of work equipment such as computers or dataphones, as well as the sterilization of Spa material and the sanitation of kitchen utensils.
    • These strict cleaning procedures are periodically inspected and verified by an external auditing company in order to confirm the compliance.
  • Digitalization of our services
    • With our online pre-check-in service, you can expedite your arrival, minimizing interaction and direct contact with Front Desk.
    • From your mobile, through QR codes, you can access all the information of interest about the Hotel, as well as the menu of our Restaurants and 24 hrs. Room Service.
  • New protocols in our Gastronomic Offer
    • In Hotel Los Monteros, we take care of the quality and variety of our gastronomy. Local, healthy and organic products are an asset. In order to ensure the delivery process, our suppliers follow strict security protocols.
    • In Restaurants and Bars offer, “à la carte” service will have priority.
    • In our traditional Buffet Breakfast, maximum capacity will be established during the service.
    • At all times, you will be assisted by our staff, who will escort you and serve at your table whenever possible. Show cooking and use of single-dose and individual dishes will be prioritized.

    • To ensure the compliance of social distancing and safety measures, a relocation of elements and furniture has been carried out in busiest areas.
    • In addition, signage has also been located in different Hotel areas to create safe routes in which interpersonal distance is respected.
    • Our staff performs continuous capacity controls in busy areas such as restaurants or swimming pools.
    • The Hotel complies with strict standards of purification and disinfection of air conditioning systems. Furthermore, pool and water purification systems are under Spanish current regulations.
  • Training and Personal Protective Equipment
    • All employees have the necessary personal equipment to carry out their work with all health guarantees. During the work shift, they must respect rules on protection stipulated by competent authorities. Interpersonal distance must be respected specially in busy areas.
    • Employees undergo regular medical check-ups and daily temperature control before their working day.
    • In our continuous training program specialized on Occupational Risk Prevention, a specific course on COVID-19 protocol and job safety has been taught.
